Ongoing Wellbeing Oversight and Support
For older adults who wish to remain at home but benefit from having consistent, professional oversight in place.
This service focuses on prevention, reassurance, and early action. Rather than task-based care, we provide ongoing involvement that allows changes in wellbeing, routine, or circumstances to be noticed and addressed calmly.
Services may include:
Regular check-ins and wellbeing monitoring.
Practical support with appointments, correspondence, and organisation.
Coordination with local services and professionals.
Early identification of emerging concerns.
Clear communication with families and representatives.
Support may be delivered remotely, in person, or as a combination depending on the agreed package.

We offer three structured monthly packages, each designed to provide clarity, continuity, and reassurance while supporting independence at home.
Ashrow Linden Essential
Ongoing wellbeing oversight for those who are largely independent but benefit from reassurance and a consistent point of contact.
Ashrow Linden Enhanced
Closer oversight and professional involvement for individuals with early memory difficulties, disabilities, or changing needs.
Ashrow Linden Comprehensive
Full oversight and coordination for complex situations, limited family involvement, or where long-term professional involvement is required.

Professional Social Work and Consultancy Services
Alongside our ongoing support packages, Ashrow Linden provides independent social work and consultancy services for private clients, care providers, and legal professionals.
These services are delivered by qualified practitioners and overseen by Social Work England registered social workers, including Best Interests Assessors and mental health professionals.
Our consultancy services include:
Care Act assessments and reviews.
Mental Capacity and best interests work.
Professional liaison with local authorities and NHS teams.
Care home reviews, safeguarding advice, and complaint support.
Attendance at NHS Continuing Healthcare assessments and reviews.
Advocacy, mediation, and professional case management
Independent reports for legal or professional proceedings.
