Ashrow Linden is an independent social work–led practice providing professional oversight, care navigation, and consultancy within adult social care. We exist to support older people and families who want clarity, continuity, and trustworthy guidance while remaining independent at home.

Our work is rooted in statutory social work practice but delivered with the flexibility and discretion of private support. We combine deep knowledge of adult social care systems with a calm, practical approach that focuses on outcomes rather than bureaucracy.

We work with individuals, families, care providers, and legal professionals across England and Wales, supporting people who are self-funding, managing complex circumstances, or navigating systems that feel overwhelming or unclear.

Our Purpose

Many older people do not need full-time care, but they do need someone experienced paying attention. Small changes in health, memory, or daily functioning can be missed until a situation becomes a crisis. Families often carry quiet worry, especially when distance, work, or other responsibilities limit how involved they can be.

Ashrow Linden was created to bridge this gap. Our purpose is to provide steady, professional oversight that protects independence, reduces risk, and brings reassurance. We help people remain at home safely for as long as possible, with the right support in place at the right time.

How We Work

We believe good support is consistent, measured, and respectful. Every client relationship begins with listening and understanding the individual’s circumstances, preferences, and priorities.

Support is delivered on an ongoing basis so there is continuity rather than fragmented involvement. Clients have a named professional who understands the full picture, monitors change over time, and coordinates support calmly when needed.

Our services may be delivered remotely, in person, or as a combination, depending on the agreed package and location. This allows us to work flexibly while remaining reliable and accountable.

Professional Standards and Oversight

All work at Ashrow Linden is delivered by qualified practitioners and overseen by Social Work England registered social workers, including experienced Best Interests Assessors and professionals with mental health expertise.

We operate within clear governance structures, professional codes of practice, and statutory frameworks including the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act. Appropriate professional indemnity insurance is held at all times.

This means families, solicitors, and organisations can be confident that assessments, recommendations, and actions are lawful, ethical, and defensible.
